It’s Modern RCQ Season, and here at Gemini Games, we are excited to offer something a little different for our favourite format.
This season, we’re giving players more to play for than just the RCQ invite — introducing the inaugural Gemini Games Invitational!
Alongside our RCQs and their usual great prizing, players will have the chance to qualify for an exclusive, FREE invite-only Invitational event, taking place later this year, where the top 8 of the 24 qualified players will compete for £1000 in prizes, along with many more prizes to be announced.
Gemini Games will host 5 RCQs this season, with 4 acting as qualifying events, sending 16 players through to the Invitational and leaving 8 spots open. We’ve teamed up with Patriot Games Sheffield, who will run 2 RCQs, with the top 4 players from each earning a place in Gemini Games’ inaugural Invitational.
The top 4 players from each event will qualify based on the final standings. If a player has already qualified, the invite will pass down to the next eligible player in the standings.

• Sunday 28th June – Modern (Top 4 qualify)
• Saturday 25th July – Modern (Top 4 qualify)
Patriot Games Sheffield RCQs
• Saturday 6th June – Modern (Top 4 qualify)
• Saturday 4th July – Modern (Top 4 qualify)
Gemini’s 5th and final Modern RCQ will take place on Saturday 1st August, This event will not serve as a qualifier for our invitational event.
